One thing that I miss from college is the constant flow of new and interesting ideas, and reading articles about these new and interesting ideas. But my FAVORITE part of college was implementing the things that I learned into the lessons that I taught.
College was a long time ago for me, but I still enjoy reading articles about how to improve my teaching...even with my own children. One thing that just makes my heart pitter-patter is STEM. If you haven't heard about STEM, #1. You are missing out! #2. Check out this blog that I found that discusses what STEM looks like in preschool.

It may be the nerdy kid in me, but when I learn of a new science project that I can do with my preschoolers, I get SO. EXCITED. Did I mention that STEM makes my heart pitter-patter? Science is so fun for me. Asking questions, experimenting, then discovering how things work. SO MUCH FUN! To do this preschool style? It's the best.
I'm getting so excited for the upcoming school year at Magnolia Academy so I can implement some of the STEM activities that I've done with my children and that I have learned about recently!
